Who it is for

You are probably not starting from zero.

Most people who find us have already done the sensible things and want someone to look at the details properly.

You have done the obvious things

You train, you sleep as well as life allows, and your bloodwork keeps coming back “normal” while you feel a step behind where you were. Normal is a wide range, and the middle of it is not where most people feel their best.

You want a physician, not a storefront

You would rather be told no with a reason than sold yes with a discount code. If a protocol is not right for you, we would prefer to say so and keep your trust.

You want to understand the plan

You want to know what a molecule does, why it is in your protocol, and what would make us stop it. That conversation is the appointment, not an upsell after it.

How it works

Four steps, in this order, every time.

Nothing is prescribed before your bloodwork is back. That single rule shapes the whole process.

  1. 01

Tell us what you are after

A short conversation, online, at your own pace. No account, nothing to download, and you will know within a few minutes whether we are a sensible fit for what you want.

  2. 02

    Meet your physician

Forty-five minutes, unhurried, in person or by video. You will leave knowing what we are testing for and why, and what the realistic version of your goal looks like.

  3. 03

    Baseline labs

Drawn locally and reviewed personally. Your plan is written after this, never before — the labs are what turn a general idea into your specific protocol.

  4. 04

    Your protocol, then follow-up

Medications ship discreetly from a licensed compounding pharmacy with instructions written for you. We check in at six weeks, adjust, and keep adjusting until it fits.

Protocols

Six places we usually start.

Which one fits is a conversation, not a checkbox — and more than one can run together when it makes sense.

Recovery

Recovery & Repair

For the body that still trains hard and takes longer to bounce back.

$289 / month

What this involves ↓

Who it suits

Built for people who are still active and have noticed the recovery window stretching — the session that used to cost a day now costs three, and an old joint has opinions about the weather.

What it does

Peptides in this protocol act as signalling molecules. They bind receptors involved in tissue repair and local blood supply, which is the body’s own maintenance system rather than a stimulant layered on top of it. Your physician selects the combination against your labs, your training load, and the specific tissue you are asking to recover.

What to expect

Most patients begin with a short daily subcutaneous injection using a very fine needle — we teach you in the room, and people are usually surprised how quickly it becomes unremarkable. You keep a simple log of sleep and soreness, and we review it together at six weeks against your baseline rather than against anyone else’s.

What is included

  • Physician evaluation and written protocol
  • Baseline and six-week lab panels
  • Injection training at your first visit
  • Medication shipped from a licensed compounding pharmacy
  • Direct messaging with the practice

Review cadence

Six-week reviews, then quarterly once stable

Every protocol is physician-supervised and prescribed only after an individual evaluation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products.

Hormones

Vitality & Hormone Balance

For men and women whose energy, mood, and drive have quietly drifted.

$329 / month

What this involves ↓

Who it suits

For anyone who has watched their drive, mood, or body composition change over a few years without a single event to point at. We treat men and women, and the workup is different for each.

What it does

Hormones are the body’s slow messaging layer, and small shifts in that signalling show up as large changes in how you feel. We measure where yours actually sit, identify what is driving the pattern, and where appropriate support the axis rather than simply overriding it. Preserving your own production is a goal in itself, and it shapes which approach we choose.

What to expect

This protocol is lab-led from start to finish. Expect a fuller baseline panel than you may be used to, a frank conversation about fertility and long-term plans before anything begins, and ongoing monitoring that continues for as long as you are treated. Adjustments are the normal course of treatment, not a sign something went wrong.

What is included

  • Extended baseline hormone and metabolic panel
  • Physician evaluation and written protocol
  • Ongoing monitoring at six weeks and quarterly
  • Medication shipped from a licensed compounding pharmacy
  • Direct messaging with the practice

Review cadence

Six-week review, then quarterly monitoring throughout

Every protocol is physician-supervised and prescribed only after an individual evaluation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products.

Longevity

Energy & Longevity

For the flat afternoons and the sense of running on a smaller battery.

$259 / month

What this involves ↓

Who it suits

For people whose mornings are fine and whose afternoons are not, and who would rather understand why than keep adding coffee to the problem.

What it does

This protocol works on cellular energy production — the mitochondrial machinery that turns what you eat into usable fuel, and the cofactors that machinery depends on. Availability of those cofactors declines with age, and this protocol is about supplying and supporting them while we correct anything in your labs that is quietly making the problem worse.

What to expect

Some patients start with an in-clinic infusion, which takes about an hour and is deliberately run slowly because comfort depends almost entirely on pace. Others do better on an at-home regimen. We usually pair either with correcting whatever your baseline panel turns up, since sorting an unremarkable deficiency often does more than anything else we could add.

What is included

  • Physician evaluation and written protocol
  • Baseline metabolic and micronutrient panel
  • In-clinic infusion or at-home regimen
  • Six-week review with repeat labs
  • Direct messaging with the practice

Review cadence

Weekly or monthly during the initial block, then reassessed

Every protocol is physician-supervised and prescribed only after an individual evaluation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products.

Aesthetic

Skin & Hair

For visible results built on skin health rather than cover-up.

$189 / month

What this involves ↓

Who it suits

For people who want their skin and hair to look like a well-run version of their own, and who have worked out that most of what is sold to them sits on the surface and washes off.

What it does

The protocol works at the level of the tissue itself: supporting the collagen and elastin scaffolding that gives skin its firmness, and addressing the follicular signalling behind thinning where that is what is driving it. Topical and systemic elements are combined depending on what your examination shows.

What to expect

This is the protocol that most rewards patience. Skin turns over on its own schedule and hair on a slower one, so we photograph a consistent baseline under consistent lighting at your first visit and compare against it at twelve weeks — memory is unreliable here, and side-by-side images are not.

What is included

  • Physician evaluation and skin assessment
  • Standardised baseline photography
  • Topical and systemic protocol as indicated
  • Twelve-week review with comparison imaging
  • Direct messaging with the practice

Review cadence

Twelve-week reviews

Every protocol is physician-supervised and prescribed only after an individual evaluation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products.

Immune

Immune & Gut Resilience

For the person who catches everything going round and takes longest to shake it.

$229 / month

What this involves ↓

Who it suits

For people who pick up every bug in the office, whose digestion has become something they plan around, or who are simply tired of feeling like their defences are running at half staff.

What it does

This protocol targets two connected systems: the signalling that regulates immune cell activity, and the integrity of the gut lining where a large share of that immune activity actually happens. Supporting the barrier and calming inflammatory signalling tends to move both together, which is why we rarely treat one without looking at the other.

What to expect

We start by ruling things out, because a protocol is the wrong answer to a problem that needs a diagnosis. Assuming the workup is clear, most patients follow a defined block rather than an open-ended course, then step back to see what held.

What is included

  • Physician evaluation and targeted workup
  • Baseline inflammatory and nutritional panel
  • Defined treatment block with a planned endpoint
  • Medication shipped from a licensed compounding pharmacy
  • Direct messaging with the practice

Review cadence

Defined eight to twelve week block, then reassessed

Every protocol is physician-supervised and prescribed only after an individual evaluation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products.

Sleep

Sleep & Stress Resilience

For the tired that sleep alone has stopped fixing.

$199 / month

What this involves ↓

Who it suits

For people who fall asleep fine and wake at three, or who sleep a full eight hours and wake up as though they negotiated with someone all night.

What it does

Sleep quality is governed by the same stress-response axis that governs how you handle load while awake, and when that axis is dysregulated the two problems reinforce each other. This protocol works on that signalling and on the inputs — cortisol rhythm, thyroid, and the nutritional cofactors involved in producing the neurotransmitters that let you settle.

What to expect

We begin with two weeks of simple tracking before anything is prescribed, because sleep complaints and sleep data disagree more often than people expect. Where the pattern points to something a protocol will not fix — apnoea in particular — we refer, and we would rather refer early than treat around it.

What is included

  • Physician evaluation and two-week sleep baseline
  • Cortisol rhythm and thyroid panel
  • Written protocol with an evening routine
  • Six-week review
  • Referral where a sleep study is the right next step

Review cadence

Six-week review, then as needed

Every protocol is physician-supervised and prescribed only after an individual evaluation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products.

Your physician

Cameron Heyd, DO

Lead physician

This service line is led by Dr. Heyd, who sees every patient personally and writes every protocol from your labs. There is no questionnaire that routes you to a product, and no algorithm deciding what you are prescribed.

He practises within Castellano Cosmetic Surgery Center, under the direction of Dr. Castellano — the same standard of assessment the practice has applied in Tampa for years, applied to how you feel rather than only to how you look.

To begin

$195

Your first appointment with your physician, forty-five minutes, plus the baseline lab order and the visit to review your results. Credited in full against your first month if you go ahead.

Then, monthly

from $189 / month

Depends on the protocol. Every one includes physician oversight, your scheduled reviews and repeat labs, medication from a licensed compounding pharmacy, and direct messaging with the practice.

What we do not do

No contracts

No minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no charge for the message you send asking a question between visits. If a protocol is not working we would rather change it than keep billing for it.

Questions

The things people ask first.

If yours is not here, call the practice on (813) 872-6093.

What happens at the first appointment?

You will spend about forty-five minutes with your physician going through your history, your goals, and anything you have tried before. We order baseline labs, and once those return we build a plan together. Nothing is prescribed on the first visit, because nothing should be prescribed before your bloodwork is back.

Is this covered by insurance?

No. This service line is direct-pay, which is what lets appointments run long and lets us spend the time on you rather than on prior authorisations. We provide an itemised receipt you can submit to an HSA or FSA, and many patients are reimbursed that way.

How quickly will I notice anything?

That depends entirely on the protocol and on you, and any practice that gives you a number without meeting you is guessing. Some patients notice changes in sleep and recovery within a few weeks; other goals take a full quarter to assess honestly. We schedule your first follow-up at six weeks precisely so we can tell the difference between progress and wishful thinking.

What are compounded medications?

They are prepared for you individually by a licensed compounding pharmacy, rather than manufactured in fixed doses. That is what allows a protocol to be tailored to your labs. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products, and your physician will explain what that means for your specific plan before anything is prescribed.

Can I stop whenever I want?

Yes. There is no contract and no minimum term. If you want to stop, tell us and we will help you taper properly where tapering matters — that conversation is part of the care, not an exit fee.

Do you see patients outside Florida?

Not currently. The practice treats patients located in Florida. It is in Tampa, and if you are moving to the area we are happy to schedule ahead of your arrival.
