They are prescription medicines, and here they are treated as one part of a plan rather than a product: which medication, if any, and at what dose is decided by Dr. Heyd after your consultation and once your baseline labs are back.
Treatment arrives with the rest of the program — protein and resistance-training guidance, repeat labs, and a monthly check-in in person or by phone — because the prescription is one part of the protocol, not the whole of it. Supporting treatments such as sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and a lipotropic injection can be added where your labs and your goals call for them.
The program is direct-pay and runs month to month. There is no contract and no minimum term, and if we are not the right fit for what you want, we will tell you plainly at the first visit.

This service line is led by Dr. Heyd, who sees every patient personally and writes every protocol from your labs. There is no questionnaire that routes you to a product, and no algorithm deciding what you are prescribed.
He practices within Castellano Cosmetic Surgery Center, under the direction of Dr. Castellano — the same standard of assessment the practice has applied in Tampa for years, applied to how you feel rather than only to how you look.

Will I be prescribed a GLP-1 at my first visit?
No. Nothing is prescribed before your bloodwork is back. The first visit is your consultation and your lab order; your protocol is written from the results.
How is the medication priced?
The $149 monthly membership covers your check-ins, pickup and adjustments. The medication is priced by dose at your consultation, because the dose depends on you.
How often do I come in?
Monthly. You collect your next month’s supply at the practice, and the check-in itself can be in person or a short telehealth call with your physician.
Do you take insurance?
No. The program is direct-pay. We provide an itemized receipt you can submit to an HSA or FSA.
