We treat men and women, and the workup is different for each.
Where appropriate we support the axis rather than simply override it — preserving your own production is a goal in itself, and it shapes which approach your physician chooses. Adjustments are the normal course of treatment, not a sign something went wrong, and your monthly check-ins are where they happen.

This service line is led by Dr. Heyd, who sees every patient personally and writes every protocol from your labs. There is no questionnaire that routes you to a product, and no algorithm deciding what you are prescribed.
He practices within Castellano Cosmetic Surgery Center, under the direction of Dr. Castellano — the same standard of assessment the practice has applied in Tampa for years, applied to how you feel rather than only to how you look.

Do you treat women as well as men?
