Peptide therapy, from your labs, not a menu.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the signaling molecules your body already uses. Which of them belongs in your protocol, if any, is decided with your physician after your labs. Your first visit is free.

Book online in about two minutes, or call the practice on (813) 872-6093.

What it is, here

The same door for everything.

A peptide is a short chain of amino acids — a messenger the body uses to regulate recovery, sleep, skin, and repair. Peptide therapy means prescribing specific messengers to support a system that has slowed, rather than overriding it. The compounds on our menu are the ones the practice can responsibly offer today, and each is described plainly on the treatments page: what it is, and what being on it is like.

Nothing here is prescribed from a page. Every peptide enters your plan through the same door — a free consultation with Dr. Heyd and your baseline labs — and most patients begin with a short daily injection using a very fine needle, which we teach you in the room. You keep a simple log, and we review it against your own baseline at your monthly check-ins.

Peptide therapy runs as a concierge membership plus the peptides themselves, priced per compound by the month. If something you have read about elsewhere is not on the menu, ask: we would rather leave a compound off than sell you something ahead of its time.

Who it is for

You are probably not starting from zero.

Recovery takes longer than it used to

The session that used to cost a day now costs three, and you want someone to look at why rather than guess.

You want it done properly

A physician choosing the compound from your labs, teaching you the injection, and checking in every month.

You would rather be told no

If a peptide is not right for you, or not available yet, we say so. That is the appointment, not an upsell after it.

How it works

Four steps, in this order, every time.

Nothing is prescribed before your bloodwork is back. That single rule shapes the whole process.

  1. 01Today

    Book your free consultation

Online in a couple of minutes, or by phone, and your first visit is free. No account to create — and if we are not the right fit for what you want, we will tell you plainly.

  2. 02First visit

    Consultation and labs

Forty-five minutes with your physician, unhurried. You will leave knowing what we are testing for and why, with your baseline labs ordered the same day.

  3. 03Once your labs are back

    Your protocol

Written once your labs are back, never before — the labs are what turn a general idea into your specific protocol. Your first month is ready to collect at the practice.

  4. 04Every month

    Monthly check-ins

Each month you collect your next vial at the practice and check in with your physician — in person, or by a short telehealth call scheduled through the practice. We adjust as you go.

Cameron Heyd, DO

This service line is led by Dr. Heyd, who sees every patient personally and writes every protocol from your labs. There is no questionnaire that routes you to a product, and no algorithm deciding what you are prescribed.

He practices within Castellano Cosmetic Surgery Center, under the direction of Dr. Castellano — the same standard of assessment the practice has applied in Tampa for years, applied to how you feel rather than only to how you look.

Questions

The things people ask first.

If yours is not here, call the practice on (813) 872-6093.

Which peptides do you offer?

The ones on our treatments page, each described plainly. The menu holds what the practice can responsibly offer today and is reviewed as that changes.

Do I have to inject myself?

Most peptides are a small subcutaneous injection with a very fine needle; some are a nasal spray or taken under the tongue. We teach you at your first visit, and most people are surprised how quickly it becomes unremarkable.

What does it cost each month?

The $189 membership plus your peptides, priced per compound from $160 a month. Two peptides together cost 20% less on the peptides, and there is no contract.

What does it mean that compounded peptides are not FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are prepared for you individually by a licensed compounding pharmacy and are not FDA-approved products. Your physician will explain what that means for your specific plan before anything is prescribed.
