How we handle what you share with us.

Novanni is a service line of Castellano Cosmetic Surgery Center in Tampa, Florida. This policy covers novannihealth.com. It is short because this site collects very little: no health information, no account, no advertising trackers.
Who is responsible
The care described on this site is provided by Castellano Cosmetic Surgery Center, 105 S MacDill Avenue, Suite 203, Tampa, Florida 33609. The practice is responsible for the information you share through this site and for how it is used. Questions about this policy can go to the practice on (813) 872-6093.
What we collect
If you send us a message. The contact form asks for your name, your email address, and a short message. That is all it collects. Please do not include medical details — the form says so, and nothing about your health is needed to arrange a first appointment.
When you visit. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and a few actions (such as a click on a booking or phone link) in aggregate. It sets no cookies, does not identify you, and does not follow you to other sites. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
If you use the booking assistant. The chat assistant on this site answers questions about booking, pricing, hours and what to expect at a first visit, and can help you book. It is an AI assistant, it is not for medical questions, and it will point you to your physician for those. What you type is sent to Anthropic, which provides the AI model behind it and processes your messages on the practice’s behalf under a business associate agreement, only to write a reply. We do not store the conversation: it exists only in your browser while the chat is open, and it is gone when you close the page. Please do not include medical details.
What we do not use. No advertising pixels, no session recording, no third-party marketing tags, and no tracking across other websites.
How we use it
We use your message only to reply to you and to arrange an appointment if you would like one. Your message is forwarded by email to the practice’s front desk, marked as coming from this service line. We use the aggregate visit counts to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the site: Vercel, which hosts it and provides the analytics; Resend, which delivers contact-form messages to the practice by email; and Anthropic, which provides the AI model behind the booking assistant under a business associate agreement with the practice. Each handles your information only to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Booking and patient information
The “Book” links take you to the practice’s online scheduler, operated by PatientNow on the practice’s behalf. Information you enter there, and any information about you as a patient, is protected health information. It is governed by the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices and by federal law, not by this website policy. You can ask the practice for a copy of its notice at any time, or read about the practice at its own website.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are kept in the practice’s email for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the correspondence. Aggregate analytics are kept by Vercel under its own retention schedule and contain nothing that identifies you.
Your choices
You can ask the practice what information it holds from your message, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask us not to contact you again, by calling (813) 872-6093. You can use this site without sending us anything at all, and you can block analytics in your browser without losing any part of the site.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
Changes to this policy
If what this site collects changes, this page will change with it, and the effective date above will be updated.
